Who we are

Seats by In Mets We Trust is operated by Diagnostic Sports, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Albany, New York. We're a fan-built tool for comparing premium Citi Field seat prices, and we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the New York Mets, Major League Baseball, Citi Field, or any ticket marketplace. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. The only personal information we ask for is your email address, and only if you choose to create a price alert — it's a single field, and we don't ask for your name, mailing address, or payment details. Any tickets you buy are purchased on the marketplace's own site, not here, so we never see or store your payment information.

Like most websites, we also collect some basic technical and usage data automatically: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use cookies to power simple analytics and to track affiliate referrals (see the cookie and affiliate sections below).

Why we collect it

We use your email solely to send the price alerts you sign up for. We use aggregated usage data to understand which games and seat areas fans care about so we can make the tool better. And we use affiliate tracking so the marketplace knows a purchase came from us — that's what keeps the lights on. We don't use your information for unrelated advertising, and we never sell it.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies: basic analytics cookies that help us count visits and understand how the site is used, and affiliate cookies that let our ticket-marketplace partners credit us when you click through and buy. You can block or delete cookies anytime in your browser settings — the site will still work, though some features and referral crediting may not. We honor browser “Do Not Track” signals where supported.

Affiliate relationships

Some of the “Buy” links on this site are affiliate links to ticket marketplaces including SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, StubHub, and TickPick. If you click one and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you. This never affects how listings are ranked or scored; sorting is driven purely by price and deal value. When you follow an affiliate link, the marketplace may set its own cookies subject to its own privacy policy.

Service providers we share with

We rely on a few trusted vendors to run the site, and each only receives what it needs to do its job. Our database, authentication, and storage are handled by Supabase. Hosting and basic analytics run on Vercel. When email price alerts are activated, delivery is handled by Resend. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we only share it with these providers or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your alert email for as long as your alert is active or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Usage and analytics data is kept in aggregate and for a limited time. When you ask us to delete your information, we'll remove it from our active systems promptly.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — just email us. If you're a California resident, the CCPA and CalOPPA give you the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” of personal information. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of, but you're welcome to confirm that with us. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
